NEW YORK — A college student from New York reported missing during a study trip abroad to France he is alive in Spain, the prosecutor at the Grenoble Palace of Justice said on Friday.
An office spokesman said prosecutor Eric Vaillant told French media that Ken DeLand Jr. had been able to speak to his parents.
His mom, Carol Laws, confirmed to our sister network NBC News who spoke to his son but did not provide further details.
