Ron Ervin is 31 years old and works as a comedian and actor. He told Business Insider that he recently posted a TikTok video about his apartment that generated over 2.1 million views.
Ervin says in the video that he moved to New York over a year ago, initially staying with friends for a short time, when he saw the Harlem apartment listed on Craigslist for $950. “The price was right. It suited me. So I just grabbed it and I love it. And I love the neighborhood too,” he said.
