After Alexis Saelemaekers it’s up to Theo Hernandez. The Milan and the French defender are dealing with the extension of the current contract until 2026, with doubled salary – currently he earns two million, ed – and the speeches are in an advanced state, with the white smoke that would seem close. Behind the sudden acceleration, as Alessandro Jacobone reports, there would not be only Theo’s love for Milan and the mutual will to continue together, but also the need to Quillon, the player’s agent, to close the matter quickly. A need that would be motivated by the attempted inclusion in the business of Mino Raiola.

In a nutshell, the point is this: Raiola he would have his eye on Theo and be trying to snatch the power of attorney from Quillon. Consequently, the current agent would have every advantage in agreeing with Milan for the renewal as soon as possible. Renewal which, of course, Theo would be happy to sign.
Which, needless to say, greatly facilitates the work of Maldini and Massara, who would not only lock up the player but would avoid, at least for the moment, having to deal with Raiola again, someone who, for obvious reasons, is not seen too well by Casa Milan. The fact is that the deal is up and running quickly and it is by no means excluded that it may close in a very short time.
It is not enough, however, because two other important players are working to renew the current contract with Milan: it is Bennacer and of Leao, so the discussions have largely begun and, as with Theo, the white smoke should only be a matter of time.
