Russian actor Mikhail Yefremov, who caused a tragic accident in the center of Moscow, suffered a heart attack on June 25. Its publication “Moskovsky Komsomolec” was announced by the actor’s lawyer Elman Pasayev.
It is reported that it is for this reason that Jefremov did not ask the investigator to release him to the grave on the anniversary of his mother’s death.
Pashaev explained that Jefremov felt bad at night. The family wanted to call an ambulance, but the actor refused.
The lawyer emphasizes that Jefremov is still very much going through what happened.
As previously reported, Jefremov pleaded guilty to an accident that killed a car driver in which an actor was struck.
He stressed that he was ready to receive the most severe punishment.
Jefremov was sitting behind the wheel of a car under the influence of alcohol. He crashed into an oncoming van.
The actor did not suffer in the accident, while the other driver was seriously injured and died in hospital.
Jefremov faces up to 12 years in prison.
