Microsoft reverses decision to remove Xbox share function to Twitter

Recently became clear that Microsoft planned to remove the option to share content from Xbox to Twitter. This was tested through the Xbox Insider program and it found that players had to send the captured content to their mobile first and then put it on Twitter, which makes it more cumbersome.

Microsoft is on this now came back, as they have indicated that they are reverting this adjustment to how it was. There has been speculation that Microsoft took this down due to low usage, but apparently the community has been vocal enough not to actually push through with this tweak.

“Thanks for your feedback on the Twitter share feature change we flighted in [build] 2204 – that change is being reverted to the previous behavior from today in this new build,”
