Slovak hockey strikers Roman Žitný and Bruno Mráz will wear HK Dukl Ingem Michalovce jersey in the 2021/2022 season. The club informed about new acquisitions on social networks.
This will be the fourth place in the highest Slovak competition for 23-year-old Žitný. He came to it in 2018 after four seasons in youth competitions in Finland. He gradually worked in Košice, Slovana Bratislava and in the year 2020/2021 in Nitra. In her jersey, he created personal highs in goals, assists and points.
In 55 matches, he had a balance of 16 goals, 16 assists, 32 Canadian points, 53 penalty minutes and 6 minus points. So far, he has played a total of 152 matches in the Slovak extra league with a balance of 25 goals, 26 assists, 71 penalty minutes and 4 plus points.
Five years older center Bruno Mráz started the year 2020/2021 in Slovana Bratislava, but after 4 matches in the club it ended. He then headed to Košice, for which he played 40 matches. He scored 13 goals, 19 assists, 24 penalty minutes and 7 plus points.
He has already competed in the highest Slovak competition in the jerseys of the Slovak “twenties,” Skalice and Zvolen. In 331 matches, he scored 82 goals, 102 assists, 211 penalty minutes and 10 minus points.
