Her comment was about the concerns expressed by a high-ranking representative of the European Union in connection with the executive order signed by American President Joe Biden in August to limit investments in China. According to the EU representative, this is likely to have a negative impact on European companies investing in the US and China.
“China will strengthen cooperation with various countries in the world, protect the multilateral trading system as well as its own interests,” Mao Ning added.
