Mexico enters phase 2 of coronavirus: what is it?

The undersecretary of Health He pointed out that what is sought is to lengthen the transmission phase so that every day there are fewer cases than those that the health system can attend to.

Given this, the Army and Navy will take the health plan with the implementation of the DN-III plan to help the population.

Both Luis Cresencio Sandoval and José Rafael Ojeda Durán, holders of Sedena and Semar, reported on the capabilities of the armed forces to deal with the pandemic and that they will be in coordination with the Ministry of Health, which will lead the work.

For his part, Arturo Herrera, Secretary of the Treasury, said that the agency in his charge yesterday handed over an additional 4,500 million pesos to Sedena and Semar for the implementation of the DN-III and Marina plans.

“Due to the additional supports that Semar and Sedena will receive for plans DN-III and Plan Marina, there were already resources but increased resources are required, in total we have already provided an additional 4.5 billion pesos, around 4 one billion pesos to Sedena and about 500 million to Semar. ”
