We’ve been waiting far too long for an adaptation of Metal Gear Solid, but we just got some very interesting news. Deadline editors got to know the details and there are many indications that Solid Snake will actually hit the big screen.

We have been waiting for years to bring Metal Gear Solid to the big screen and though Jordan Vogt-Roberts has been working on the project for a long time, however, only now we got to know the specifics. Deadline Editors Received Information From Their Sources – Oscar Isaac is to play the role of Solid Snake! The film is being prepared by Sony Pictures.
Deadline learned a few more details: Derek Connolly (“Kong: Skull Island”, “Jurassic World”, “Pokemon Detective Pikachu” will prepare the script, and Avi Arad (“Spider-Man Universe”, “Spider-Man”, “Iron Man” Peter Kang will be the executive supervisor and Jordan Vogt-Roberts (Kong: Skull Island) will direct. As you can see, Sony has assembled an experienced team who can make Metal Gear Solid appreciated by the general public. .
Oscar Isaac was one of the leading characters in the new Star Wars (Poe Dameron), but also starred in “X-Men: Apocalypse” (Apocalypse), “Ex Machina” (Nathan), “What’s Going On Davis?” (Llewyn Davis), “Who Dares” (Nick Wasicsko), “Annihilation” (Kane), and next year we will see him in the new adaptation of “Dune” (Prince Leto Atryda).
