Which law? What laws apply to the company operating the platform? What laws apply to your country of residence? And who then determines those boundaries, can they be mapped just like that?
And even then, let’s assume everyone abides by the law, but as a company you also have your own internal rules and anyone who doesn’t abide by them is committing an illegal act. And if you then state in your house rules that you, as a company, reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban users who do not comply with the house rules, you will in principle find the legislator on your side, unless these rules of the house are not in conflict with the law.
What you say sounds good, but it’s less easy to put together than it sounds.
In any case. Trump is banned for a reason. Twitter left it behind because Elon Musk (vox populi in his pants) wanted it. Meta will likely release it conditionally, and Trump won’t use it for now, just like on Twitter. Trump has his social network as an income model and will use others only if he can give them something financially.
