Marquinhos says Messi and Ronaldo cannot be limited to just country names and are a blessing for football.

They are a great treasure for those who love this soccer game, various tournaments and competitions. They are never exclusive to their country,’ says Marquinhos.
“We love their presence. It’s a joy to watch them play. I played with Neymar. I also tied boots with Messi. Their presence benefited me a lot.
Life will go on and new generations will come. But we have to enjoy it as much as possible,’ added Marquinhos.
Messi and Ronaldo are showing great performances in this World Cup. Portugal started with a win in their first match of the 2022 World Cup. Ronaldo’s Portuguese side kicked off their World Cup season by defeating Ghana in Group H.
Portugal won by three goals against two. Ronaldo scored one goal in the match. After this goal, the player also held the record of being the first player to score in five different World Cups.
Meanwhile, Argentina started by losing their first game. The former champions suffered a resounding defeat against Saudi Arabia. Argentina lost by two goals to one. Argentina’s top scorer was Messi.
But Argentina made a strong comeback in the second game. Argentina crushed Mexico by two goals with no opponents. Messi scored a goal and assisted a goal.
