Spanish newspaper El Mundo claims to have received a copy of the current contract Lionel Messi with Barcelona.
Released data confirm that the Argentinean agreement is the largest in the history of sports. The contract was agreed in November 2017 and is calculated until June 30 of this year.
The maximum amount that Messi, according to the source, can receive under a four-year contract – 555,237,619 euros. Five months before the expiration of the agreement, the Argentine footballer has already earned 511,540,545 euros.
Barcelona in a 30-page contract with Messi, she pledged to pay the striker € 138 million per season, including bonuses. The agreement also includes a signature bonus of € 115,225,000 and a loyalty bonus of € 77,929,955.
Recall that Messi has not yet renewed his contract with Barcelona. It was reported that he decides about the future after the election of the president of the club.
