One of the members then had himself photographed while delivering the Hitler salute. The perpetrator in question is the son of a former member of parliament of Vlaams Belang. The Antwerp public prosecutor’s office, Mechelen department, started an investigation into possible facts and has now decided to prosecute the man in criminal court for inciting hatred and / or negationism. The process will start in early January, along with some other issues surrounding negationism.
