Meiland Family Sells Boutique Guest House as Fans Flock, Business Fully Booked

The business is fully booked for months to come and guests are hoping to catch a glimpse of the Meiland family. But Code Rosé is just sold.

According to the agent’s description, for just under two million euros you can get “a boutique guest house completely renovated and tastefully decorated with seven charming, comfortable double bedrooms and a room for three people. Each room has its own color theme. What is surprising is the energy label G, which is far from good. It appears that the Meilandjes have largely dealt with the guest house on a cosmetic level. The renovation of the old guest house on the Oude Zeeweg in the Dutch seaside town of Noordwijk could be followed in the first months of 2023 through their reality soap. Chateau Meiland. At first they were not allowed to open because there was a licensing problem.

At first, the guest house seemed ideal for the family. It was harder work than in France. But getting up at 5.30am every day to serve breakfast on time proved detrimental in the long run. According to Erica Meiland, they will remain in office until a buyer is found.

Surprisingly, the family has also sold their private home. That happened a few weeks ago. The Meilandjes are moving again, but that will not be seen in their program anymore. The tenth season of Chateau Meiland will be shot entirely overseas in June and July.

READ IN. One Meilandje without a book, but the new book ‘Chateau Meiland’ will not be a biography
