According to the agent’s description, for just under two million euros you can get “a boutique guest house completely renovated and tastefully decorated with seven charming, comfortable double bedrooms and a room for three people. Each room has its own color theme. What is surprising is the energy label G, which is far from good. It appears that the Meilandjes have largely dealt with the guest house on a cosmetic level.
