The electronics retailer MediaMarkt stamps the Saturn brand. As of October 1st, there will only be the MediaMarkt brand. MediaMarkt is number one on the Austrian market with 37 stores, Saturn number two with 15 stores. The group wants to increase its competitiveness and face the Internet competition more strongly.
