The inappropriate behavior of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin can be explained by the fact that he is probably seriously ill. According to Western intelligence, he suffers from a brain disorder that could lead to dementia, Parkinson’s disease or steroids used to treat cancer.

The publication writes that Putin is suffering from the effects of steroids used to treat cancer. “Western intelligence believes that his unpredictable behavior, appearance and absurd social distancing from visitors are the result of treatment.
Putin may have cancer, Parkinson’s disease or dementia. Symptoms of these diseases can also be traced in the appearance of the leader of the Russian Federation: swollen face and neck can be side effects of long-term steroid use.
“Over the past five years, there has been a noticeable change in his decision-making. His environment is seeing significant changes in the persuasiveness and intelligibility of what he says, and in how he perceives the world around him,” one of the newspaper’s sources in the security services told the newspaper.
