Referring to the bank transactions allegedly studied by them, the authors claim that the three largest sponsors of the “Center for the Development of Interpersonal Communications” (which was created specifically for Putin’s wife in the 2000s) are these three legal entities.
The Foundation is headed by her current husband Artur Ocheretny. She married him in 2015 and changed her last name.
