Your tasks

  • Management of training marketing projects
  • Student acquisition through awareness campaigns, continuous content marketing and other online and offline marketing measures
  • Analysis and management of the customer journey. Planning, implementation and controlling of the resulting measures
  • Active participation in the development and implementation of the HSLU training marketing strategy
  • Advising our training managers at the Design & Art Department on strategy, planning and conception of marketing and communication needs
  • Independent collaboration with colleagues from the Department of Design & Art, internal teams, external suppliers and agencies

your profile

  • Completed degree (college or university)
  • Proven specialist knowledge and several years of professional experience in a similar role
  • High affinity to the subjects of design, film and art as well as a pronounced image competence
  • A project manager who is strong in implementation and has distinctive conceptual and planning skills and at the same time enjoys implementing the defined measures
  • Proven specialist knowledge, especially in the field of digital and content marketing (SEO / SEA, web analytics, email and social media marketing, storytelling)
  • Experienced and open in dealing with various marketing tools (project management, topic & distribution planning, CMS, DataStudio, text and image processing programs)
  • Service-oriented, happy to make contact and communicate, team-oriented, committed, reliable, flexible, curious and open to new ideas
