Measles Case Reaches 252 People in Aceh, North Aceh Health Office Invites Parents to Immunize Children

SERAMBINEWS.COM, LHOKSEUMAWE – The impact of the decline in immunization coverage has already been seen in Aceh.

For example, the spread measles case which occurred in several districts/cities in Aceh, until entering the 13th week of 2022, the cases reached 252 people.

In addition, 17 cases of rubella, 8 cases of pertussis, and 17 cases of diphtheria were also found, and there were even children who died from pertussis and diphtheria.

Of all recorded cases, most of the victims were not fully immunized or not immunized at all.
