The fast food chain McDonald’s sells candles that smell like burgers. The occasion is the fiftieth birthday of Hamburg’s Royal TS.
The company has therefore developed six candles, each of which smells of the ingredients of the classic burger: rolls, ketchup, onions, pickles, cheese and beef.
McDonald’s sells candles with a burger scent
The scented candles are available on the McDonald’s website. However, it says that the Candles already sold out are. It is still unclear whether they will be delivered later. For the fiftieth birthday of the popular “Quarter Pounder” – that’s the name of the Hamburg Royal TS in the USA – the company has also come up with other merchandise products. For example, there are also paired mittens in the McDonald’s look to buy. So if you don’t want to take a romantic bath with the candle scent of hamburgers, you can take a romantic walk with your new pair of gloves. There is also a burger calendar and t-shirts. Die-hard burger fans are in seventh heaven.
Gravy candles from KFC
How exactly McDonald’s came up with the idea of scented candles with a burger smell is not known. Perhaps they were inspired by the poultry fast food chain KFC. This has already brought Gravy scented candles onto the market. So if you are fed up with vanilla, sandalwood or bitter orange, you now have enough spicy alternatives.
