The associations Tina & Cie and l’Or animalier are calling for solidarity with Ukrainians and their animals. This involves collecting food for cats and dogs, equipment (leash, collar, blanket, bowl, carrying bag, etc.) and medical equipment (compress, antibiotic, bandage, betadine, etc.)
Local associations collect the animals in order to care for them and provide for their needs. Trolleys are available at the entrance to the Cap animal store in Mazamet to drop off cat or dog food. Two other collection points have been set up at l’Or animalier (8 impasse des jonquilles, Soual) or at the JMT Animal Feed store in Castres, partners of the Animal’Etik association which is taking part in the operation.
Donations will be collected on Tuesday March 8 at collection points and a humanitarian convoy will leave on Monday March 14 for Krakow in Poland.
