Dressed up in a cute flight attendant suit, Mila is smiling in her latest Instagram photo. Mascha and her family are flying back from a well-deserved holiday in Dubai. After sharing a series of vacation photos with her followers, these snaps come to an end with this. ‘Those were the Insta photos from our Dubai trip. (..) And also the last Insta-post here with Mila’s face in the picture. And what one! Look at our little flight attendant!’ Mascha writes under the photo. “From now on, Mila’s face will no longer be recognizable here,” she adds.

In her latest YouTube video, Mascha and her friend Gregor explain why they no longer want to portray their daughter in a recognizable way. “I don’t want viewers to recognize her in the schoolyard, or to wait for her. I know you won’t do that. But there are plenty of crazy people who can think of it,” explains Mascha. Gregor says that their daughter Mila is also ‘very recognizable’ now and that she can decide for herself whether she ‘wants to be seen somewhere later’.
The proud parents also say that they have been considering this decision for a while. At the end of their holiday it feels ‘like the perfect time for it’, concludes Mascha in her video.
