(dpa) After “Gangs of New York”, “Aviator”, “Departed – Unter Enemies”, “Shutter Island” and “The Wolf of Wall Street”, director Martin Scorsese (79) and Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio (47) are planning another one Cooperation. Together they want to film the story of a historical survival drama off the coast of South America, as reported by the American industry journals “Hollywood Reporter” and “Variety” on Friday. The streaming service Apple has secured the film rights. The template is the not yet published non-fiction book “The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny and Murder” by the American author David Grann.
