• Planning, control and optimization of marketing and sales campaigns in a multichannel approach for our national presentations in D, CH, NL, B for a KLiNGEL Group brand
• Preparation and support with business planning (from a marketing point of view)
• Analyze and optimize the budget allocation
• Monitoring of ongoing marketing campaigns and deriving optimization approaches
• Analysis of performance marketing key figures and the creation of optimization measures for all common marketing channels
• Regular forecasts of the relevant marketing key figures
• Monitoring of internal and external agencies using budget and efficiency targets
• Deriving measures for the further development and improvement of the operating result
• Brand-specific and overarching special projects
• Communication and cooperation with the areas of eCommerce, corporate controlling, applied data science and purchasing controlling
• Cooperation with internal and external partners as well as our international branches
• Planning and control of existing and new customer activities as well as measures to reactivate customers

your profile

• Successfully completed degree in economics (with a focus on marketing / controlling) or comparable training
• Comprehensive professional experience in marketing and / or controlling
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strengths in the analytical field
• Structured and independent way of working, as well as high flexibility in dynamic day-to-day business – experience in an agile context is desirable
• Enjoy working in a team, planning and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for fashion topics and good communication skills
• Affinity and passion for eCommerce: Knowledge of online channels is an advantage
