Marketing day in Germany ›sales economy

After a two-year hiatus, the German Marketing Day kicked off today with a diverse live program. For the 47th time, the top international names on the scene, well-known CMOs in the sector and regional champions will exchange ideas at the event. On 2 and 3 November, more than 70 first-rate speakers will speak to 1,500 marketing experts, specialists and executives from companies, agencies and scientific institutions at Kap Europa in Frankfurt am Main.

DMT-Motto: “It’s about trust”

The motto of this year’s event is “It’s all about Trust”. Against the backdrop of the challenges that the company is currently facing, the German Marketing Day wants to establish a positive trend and give confidence to the industry. The topic of trust should therefore play an important role in the many conferences and panel discussions.

Furthermore, DMT 22 should be about how you can create added value, transparency and trust for customers and among marketers. Confidence in new technologies also plays a role here. After all, data is considered the “Holy Grail” in many areas of marketing. But they have the problem of not always allowing the right conclusions to be drawn. Many marketers don’t even seem to trust them.

The German Marketing Award will be awarded on 3 November

More complex data management and climate-conscious consumers are confronting companies with ever more diverse challenges. Marketers face these challenges with a mix of data and purpose-driven marketing. Experts like:

  • Anders Indset, economic philosopher

On November 3, starting at 7:30 pm, the evening event with the presentation of the German Marketing Prize 2022 will take place at the trendy Fortuna Irgendwo in Frankfurt. These five companies made it to the final and presented their cases to the jury on September 22: Alfred Ritter, Biontech, Rewe, RTL and Spotify. Who will take home the coveted Oscar of Marketing this year will be announced on the evening of November 3.

Since 1973, the German Marketing Prize has been a seal of quality for top marketing performance. Important criteria are an integrated marketing concept and the intelligent use of marketing techniques and tools as essential elements of economic success.
