The Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAD) ruled in favor of the League in the precautionary measure presented by Marítimo in relation to the Boavista licensing process, according to A BOLA.
The measure presented by the Madeiran club, which dropped to Liga 2, in mid-July, alleged irregularities in the registration of chess players, and was rejected by the TAD, with the League being in favor.
Earlier, in early July, Marítimo had already filed a lawsuit against the League because of Estrela da Amadora, alleging irregularities in the share capital of SAD estrelista.
