Entertainment journalist, Maria Menounos was expecting her first child when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Menounos revealed her cancer battle during an interview she gave to NBC’s “Today” show.
Menounos and her husband, Kevin Undergaro, were expecting their first child via a surrogate when she was diagnosed.
Menounos also underwent surgery for a brain tumor in 2017.
