Maredo restaurants in Dresden no longer open

The Maredo restaurants at the Frauenkirche and the Dr. Külz ring will no longer open. As the managing director Klaus Farrenkopf announced, the company had to file for bankruptcy. Since, from the perspective of the responsible authorities, the chain does not meet the requirements for November and December aid, no income has been generated since November. All rental contracts were therefore terminated in December. Almost all employees have now been laid off. Only a very small team is still employed to handle the rest of insolvency-specific work.
