JAKARTA – Vice captain Indonesian National Team, Asnawi Mangkualam Bahar, has a special message for his colleagues who want to play abroad. Asnawi asked his colleagues to take the offer.
As is known, the Indonesian national team carved a slick nick after reaching the top of the 2020 AFF Cup. Even though they were only runners-up, the appearance of the Garuda Squad was in the spotlight of foreign clubs.
Asnawi does not deny that his colleagues have great opportunities for careers abroad. For your information, Asnawi is now working abroad with Ansan Greeners in K-League 2, the second tier of South Korean football.
On that basis, he advised his colleagues to accept if there was an offer to play abroad. Asnawi emphasized that his colleagues did not have to worry about income abroad.

“Yes, it (about the opportunity for his colleagues to play abroad) is also good for the Indonesian national team. I hope players who get offers don’t refuse,” said Asnawi when met by the media crew at the Sultan Hotel, Jakarta, Thursday (6/1/2022).
“That would be good for their careers, especially since they are younger than me. So, I hope they don’t have to refuse. If you can, just accept it,” he continued.
