Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer should soon return to the field after almost a year of recovery from injury, German journalist Florian Plettenberg reports on his Twitter page.

The 37-year-old goalkeeper is expected to return to the field in the next Munich match against Mainz, which will take place on Saturday, October 21. Neuer plans to return straight to the team’s starting line-up, despite his long absence.
Let us remind you that Neuer broke his leg during a winter skiing holiday in November last year.
