Missions
By joining us, you will be part of the management team and will work directly with Gabriel (https://www.linkedin.com/in/gabriel-gourovitch-51bb6181) (CEO), and will be responsible for:
Closing and reporting
- Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for departments, management and shareholders
- Perform the reconciliation of accounting information and management data as well as their consistency
- Analyze developments and discrepancies between results and forecasts in order to highlight discrepancies and financial impacts and enable the implementation of corrective actions
- calculate the sales variables
Budget and forecasts
- Participate in the development of budgets and monitor their execution
- Ensure control of budget management: overheads, commissions, personnel costs, etc.
- Create monitoring tables for service managers
- Monitor and co-manage operational activities (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Consolidate financial and operational data within departmental summaries: revenue, marketing, sales, product
Industrialization
- Ensure the correct application of the defined processes
- Participate in the improvement of tools, management control processes and cross-functional projects
- Guarantee the completeness of the information entered in the CRM (Hubspot) and correct any anomalies that impact on the reports of the latter
- Implementation of accounting processes and tools (Payfit, Pennylane, etc.)
Management
- Recruit the sales administration team
- Structuring of the Finance department (accounting, Legal, HR, Finance, Sales Administration)
- Manage two talents from the current finance team
- Supervise relations with the external auditing firm
