Missions

By joining us, you will be part of the management team and will work directly with Gabriel (https://www.linkedin.com/in/gabriel-gourovitch-51bb6181) (CEO), and will be responsible for:

Closing and reporting

  • Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for departments, management and shareholders
  • Perform the reconciliation of accounting information and management data as well as their consistency
  • Analyze developments and discrepancies between results and forecasts in order to highlight discrepancies and financial impacts and enable the implementation of corrective actions
  • calculate the sales variables

Budget and forecasts

  • Participate in the development of budgets and monitor their execution
  • Ensure control of budget management: overheads, commissions, personnel costs, etc.
  • Create monitoring tables for service managers
  • Monitor and co-manage operational activities (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
  • Consolidate financial and operational data within departmental summaries: revenue, marketing, sales, product

Industrialization

  • Ensure the correct application of the defined processes
  • Participate in the improvement of tools, management control processes and cross-functional projects
  • Guarantee the completeness of the information entered in the CRM (Hubspot) and correct any anomalies that impact on the reports of the latter
  • Implementation of accounting processes and tools (Payfit, Pennylane, etc.)

Management

  • Recruit the sales administration team
  • Structuring of the Finance department (accounting, Legal, HR, Finance, Sales Administration)
  • Manage two talents from the current finance team
  • Supervise relations with the external auditing firm
