The President of the Transition is expected at Paul Kagame. Lieutenant General Mamadi Doumbouya will visit Rwanda this Thursday, January 25, 2024.
According to the Guinean presidency, it is at the invitation of his Rwandan counterpart that the Guinean leader will travel to Kigali. This trip is part of a “friendship and work visit”
Last April, the Rwandan leader came to Guinea. Mamadi Doumbouya and his host inaugurated a bridge in Kagbélen which also bears the name of Paul Kagame.
Note that the press release does not specify the duration of this trip to Rwanda.
