Dubai : Malayalee driver honored for honesty in UAE Feroz Charupadikal has been honored by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Feroz was credited with returning the bag containing valuables that the passenger had forgotten in the taxi. In addition to Feroz, three other bus drivers, Hasan Khan, Aziz Rahman and Hussain Nasir, were also honored.
The RTA presented a certificate of appreciation and a gift. Honored. According to the RTA, the bus drivers were selected for recognition because they helped a young woman who had a punctured tire on the way. Chairman Mathar Al Thayer said. Thousands commute daily on public transport.
The honesty and sincerity of the drivers will increase their credibility. The CEO of Public Transport was present at the function. Ahmed Hashim Bahruzian, CEO, Dubai Taxi Corporation; Mansoor Al Falasi was also involved.
