A general decree has been in effect in Main-Spessart for two weeks to restrict corona walks. The administrative court, however, dismissed an urgent application today.

The lawsuit was directed against the mask requirement and the requirement that the supposedly spontaneous meetings must remain in a fixed place.

The court justified its decision with the fact that the so-called walks are indeed meetings. In addition, there is no doubt that public safety and order are endangered during the walks.

Most recently, such alleged spontaneous walks by lateral thinkers and corona deniers had repeatedly taken place in Marktheidenfeld, among other places.
