Magic Fennec, a video game development company with specialized training in Unreal Engine and real-time project acceleration, is looking for a Marketing, Sales and Communication manager to join its project team in Zaragoza.

The selected person will work with colleagues from other disciplines, such as 3D, programming, architecture, engineering, …, and their responsibilities include:
- Lead the marketing staff and sales force.
- Evaluation and development of the commercial and marketing strategy.
- Specify the marketing and commercialization channels that the company will use.
- Supervision of the marketing strategy in social networks and content marketing.
- Evaluation and development of sales strategy and lead generation efforts.
- Prepare sales forecasts.
- Manage the marketing and sales budget in the most efficient way possible.
- Make decisions to adapt the strategy to the circumstances and disruptive changes in the market.
- Event organization.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Marketing experience and also leading a team in this area.
- Proven experience in marketing campaigns.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Proactive and professional work ethic.
- High competence in project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, especially in areas such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Having a university degree in Business, Economics or Marketing and having knowledge in video games and the technology sector will be valued.
