Entrepreneurship is in Baptiste Pignol’s DNA. After three years of studies at the Paul Bocuse Institute and obtaining a Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, Françoise and Jean-Paul Pignol’s son went to Paris to work at the Ritz hotel and then in New -York in Daniel Boulud’s starred restaurant.
