Lucas Fox, a real estate company specializing in luxury residential in Spain, continues with its expansion plan and has announced the opening of four new offices for this year, located in Porto, Montpellier, San Sebastián and Estepona. The company will thus open its first offices in the international market, in France and Portugal.
The company will open its first office in San Sebastian in April, with the arrival in the Basque Country being a very important milestone for the brand and a strategic point in its expansion plan. Similarly, the real estate agency specializing in the prime segment has also announced the opening of its first office in Estepona, scheduled for June.
Lucas Fox will also open its first office in Porto, scheduled for May, and its next opening in Montpellier, France. In 2020, shortly before the pandemic, Lucas Fox created a wine estate advisory service which included, among other things, advice on the purchase and sale of vineyards, wineries and estates with wine production, a type of estate with a long tradition in the French market.
Now, it takes yet another strategic step and expands its presence by establishing itself with an agency in Montpellier, France, a region known for its high-quality wines. This expansion will allow the agency to offer its clients an exclusive portfolio of real estate properties in the area. This move reinforces Lucas Fox’s commitment to the wine market and demonstrates its ability to adapt to the changing needs of its customers.
Forecasts 2023 and expansion
After closing 2022 as one of its best years, with a growth of 29% compared to the previous year and an unprecedented turnover of 32.6 million euros, the real estate company faces 2023 with the forecast of continuing to grow, thanks to the drive of the luxury market and interest in high-end Spanish properties from international and local clients.
Thus, these four offices, together with the forecast of new openings for this year, reinforce Lucas Fox’s position as a leading company in the Spanish prime residential market, and place it with 34 offices and more than 250 employees.
