Data from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) for 2021 finds that there are currently an estimated 537 million people between the ages of 20 and 79 who have diabetes. Shirataki rice is suitable for those who follow a diet plan or reduce excessive consumption of white rice. The very composition of this product consists of tapioca flour, konnyaku flour and calcium. This shirataki rice can also be made into various menu choices such as fried rice or risotto.
