The young guitarist Louis Matute is from Geneva and has gained recognition as both a performer and a composer. His creativity and unique personality can be seen in his latest works “How great this world can be” (2020) and “Our Folklore” (2022), which have been praised by many critics. To date, Louis Matute has won the Prix Evidence 2022 from the Académie du Jazz, secured first place in the TSF Jazz Awards and performed at the prestigious Salle Pleyel in Paris. It marks the beginning of a very promising international career for the guitarist.
