The Dodger Stadium is now a testing site for Coronavirus (Covid-19), reported Eric Garcetti, Mayor of The Angels.
Dodger Stadium opened this week but not for players: The stadium is now Los Angeles’ largest Coronavirus (Covid-19) testing site and possibly the largest in the country as well, according to Eric Garcetti, Mayor of the city.
The stadium has the capacity to serve about 6,000 people.
“That’s three times bigger than any test site we have. And we have designed the site to move as many people as quickly as possible through that site, alleviating long waiting times and long lines, ”said Garcetti.
The mega-screens of the Dodger Stadium will be used to reproduce informative videos on the Coronavirus.
It will also explain how to complete a test, so those who arrive know exactly what to do, how to do it, and move quickly within the complex.
