After a terrifying first teaser, the gameplay of the brand new Fiddlesticks is revealed and some changes are expected. His A -Terror and his R – Crow burst do not seem to evolve. In contrast, its new Passive – Terrifying scarecrow is totally different: it would seem to generate clones of the champion, to better dupe his opponents. His Z – Fruitful harvest (formerly Drain) remains mechanically the same, draining HP to its opponents to heal itself, but instead of a single target, Fiddle seems to be able to use it on several at the same time (which seems rather strong on paper).

Finally, say goodbye to the old E – Wind of darkness, replaced by Mowing, a spell that will require more mastery than the old one (bye bye crows bouncing around) and which silences enemies.

The Fiddlesticks redesign has been on the rails for a while and should soon arrive on League of Legends’ live servers. The official teaser released today seems to be more in line with the studio’s guidelines. Dark and scary like Sleepy Hollow, a scarecrow coming straight from the darkness that tracks you and whose sole mission is to make you die … of fear.

The bet seems more than successful with this new presentation. It remains to be seen whether the in-game animations will manage to transpose the essence of the champion so that he can really take this place of the scariest champion of the rift.
