The construction of the emergency accommodation in the Spessarttorhalle in Lohr has been completed. Up to 150 people from Ukraine are to be accommodated there. Around 60 emergency services from BRK, fire brigade, THW and employees of the district office were on site on Saturday to prepare the hall – including partitions and camp beds.
Until Wednesday, the Main-Spessart vaccination center was still located in the Spessarttorhalle. But that has now moved to Karlstadt early on to redesign the hall as emergency accommodation. Actually, the relocation of the vaccination center should not take place until April.
