An executive member of the Logitech board of directors or a member of the management sold 83,317 shares of the company for an amount of 3.58 million francs, as appears from an ad hoc announcement on the website of the Swiss Stock Exchange.
As of Friday, a manager had already sold 573,580 francs worth of shares. On Wednesday, Logitech shares closed with a gain of 0.1% to 55.62 francs. Since the beginning of the year, it has gained a good 20%, while the overall market is in decline.
