Logitech’s gaming division, together with gaming chair brand Playseat, has launched a new product. Although one seat for racing simulators has already been created as part of this partnership, the new Playseat Challenge X is in some ways even more interesting. With a price of 7,490 crowns, it is roughly half cheaper than its predecessor, the Playseat Trophy. However, residents of smaller apartments will definitely appreciate the special joint in the middle of the chair, thanks to which you can fold it into a very compact form and place it, for example, behind a wardrobe.
The novelty is similar to the Challenge Black Actifit seat, which you can normally find in the offer of the Playseat company. However, the Logitech G version already offers a handle for the shift lever as standard, which you have to purchase additionally for the classic model. The tilting grip on the pedals is also an advantage and it also differs in color design.
Thanks to a special joint, the entire seat can be easily folded and cleaned when you are not playing

According to Logitech, the cockpit is compatible with Logitech G steering wheels and also with the Logitech G Driving Force Shifter. Of course, there should also be compatibility with control elements from other manufacturers. The distance between the pedals is adjustable according to the length of the legs and is held in the correct position thanks to the connecting rods. You can choose the height of the seat between six positions.
With a weight of 11.6 kg, handling and folding the chair should not be a problem even for wrens, and the breathable Actifit knit ensures that your back won’t sweat so much. The load capacity reaches 120 kg and the maximum height of a person up to 220 cm. Although Christmas is still far away, you can order the new racing seat from the Logitech G gaming division in some e-shops already.
