Liverpool delivered a top-notch performance on Thursday night against Manchester United, winning 4-2. However, it was the Mancuniens who opened the scoring in the 10th minute thanks to Bruno Fernandes, but the Reds did not give up. Diogo Jota (34th) then Roberto Firmino (45 + 3) scored just before the break to give their team the advantage. The Brazilian striker even went for his double (47th) upon returning from the locker room to offer the break to his family. Marcus Rashford (68th) thought to get his team back in the game but Mohamed Salah delivered the coup de grace by scoring his 21st goal of the season. With this success, Liverpool are 4 points behind the fourth place occupied by Chelsea.
