Today we stay in Piedmont for the San Francesco al Campo-Cherasco, a fraction of 151 km from the very interesting finish. In the first part of the fraction there will be only Pilonetto (3.6 km at 7%) to interrupt the flat design, while the second half of the track will be very choppy. First La Morra, with its 6.4 km at 4.8%, then the 4.1 km at 5.7% towards Novello which will precede the first pass over the finish line. Intriguing finish with a ramp of 1600 at 4.2% which will lead to the finish line where many could try to make a difference.

A profile therefore very choppy that offers many points where to try to attack and that is open to different interpretations. It is not a stage where we will be able to see a great battle between the potential candidates for the final success but who knows if Francesco Busatto does not try to snatch an important success on a terrain that could however reward even a particularly resistant sprinter.
