15,000 sleeping bags for Lesvos refugees: ‘My little brother is sick, I cannot keep him warm without a sleeping bag’

After all, the aid organization on Lesvos has been distributing baby carriers, diapers, coats, food and toys to refugees on the Greek island for five years. But 15,000 sleeping bags and as many mats, that’s a different story. This weekend, the five permanent employees, thirteen volunteers and another 25 camp residents who help, are facing a mega operation.
