“Lionel Messi Confirmed to Play Against Indonesia in 2023 Asian Tour: Argentina Squad List Revealed”

KOMPAS.com – Football superstar from Argentina, Lionel Messi, is certain to come to Indonesia.

This was confirmed after Lionel Messi’s name was listed in the Argentina squad list for the 2023 Asian tour.

On the 2023 Asia tour, Argentina will face Indonesia on June 19 2023. The Indonesia vs Argentina match will be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.

Apart from Indonesia, Argentina will face Australia in China on June 15 2023.

The issue of Messi’s presence in Indonesia became a hot topic of conversation among netizens.

However, via Argentina’s official social media on Saturday (27/5/2023) evening WIB, Messi was confirmed to be included in the squad for the Asian tour.

Argentina coach, Lionel Scaloni, brought 27 players. Apart from Messi, Scaloni has a number of big names such as Emiliano Martinez, Julian Alvarez, Angel di Maria, and others.

Meanwhile on the Indonesian side, the coach of the Indonesian National Team, Shin Tae-yong, has announced the names of 26 players who will strengthen the Garuda squad in a friendly match in June 2023.
