One of the big TV mysteries of the winter was who would be left as the winner Linni Meisters (36) heart in the series «Linni seeks the dream prince». During the series, they got to follow Linni, who dated eleven unknown men in the hope of finding love.
Up to several times she had to make tough choicesand in the last episode she made perhaps the most difficult choice: namely to send home both finalists.
Was encouraged by his son to date on TV
Linni has previously justified her choice with that “They tried as hard as they could and that love is not easy”. Both finalists could tell that there is no bad mood, and that they only want Linni the best.
Now the five suitors who came the furthest in the series tell See and Hear how things have gone with them after the recording.

The 28-year-old charmed Linni already in the first episode with his Karmøy dialect, and even though it was not him and Linni, he can tell Se og Hør that he is happy with the participation.
When asked if he received any letters of proposal after the participation, the answer is a resounding “yes”.
– 99 percent sure who it is
– You know what, it’s completely taken off. When I woke up on the final day, I had received about 40 messages even before I got up. People wrote that they were disappointed with the choice and that I made a good profile.
It was not only the dialect that charmed Linni, but also Birger’s singing voice. He has previously participated in the song competition “Idol” and tells Se og Hør that he would like to participate in more reality TV.

Birger was not scared away by the cameras and is even happy with the portrayal of himself on TV. Still, he thinks he was cut to seem a little more jealous than he really was.
– I did not completely agree with the way they portrayed that I was very jealous. Everyone is jealous to a certain degree, but there were some others in there who were more jealous than me.

Birger also says that he is still single, but that there are some he has an extra good eye for.

Joakim Johansen-Asprusten (39) was the second finalist to be dumped in the final. He tells See and Hear that dating on camera was both “a little strange and a little difficult”, but that he had done it again.

– I told the production that “now we get to turn the cards over and then I can choose from ten ladies”, he says while laughing.
The 39-year-old further says that dating others while the series was on TV has been difficult, but that he is now ready to open the doors to the dating world again.
Surprising decision: – No robot
Joakim thinks he was portrayed as a bit nervous and introverted, something he really is not.
– Those who know me know that I am usually cheerful. When you get in such a setting where there are many different personalities, it takes some time before I find my place.

He has only good words to say about Linni, but almost even better words to say about the rest of the boys from the series.
– We guys got to know each other very well, it was not possible to make drama between us.
– You held together?
– Yes, it was just a good atmosphere.

One of the biggest shocks from the series came when Linni chose to send home Rolf-Erik Skyvulstad (35).

The truck driver from Valdres quickly became a viewer favorite, and for those interested he can reveal to Se og Hør that he is still single.
– There is nothing that is carved in stone yet. I do not want to take advantage of the situation either, I am looking for someone who wants me for who I am, and not just him who was on TV.
Strong reactions after this
– On TV you do not see the negative sides. I try to say to the ladies who call me a dream man that “believe me, I have sides of me that you will irritate yourself green over”.
Rolf-Erik charmed both Linni and the viewers with his good mood, something he has still kept after being sent home from the series.
– Linni and I are friends, and there is no bad blood there. It will probably take a little more than two weeks of dating to make me angry, he says.

Fun with TV
The truck driver further says that all the attention after the participation has made him interested in being on more TV.
– I think people are tired of seeing a six-pack body. Finally, there is a slightly normal person who speaks dialect and gives a little fuck that he is on TV.

When Se og Hør asks if there is a possibility that he will replace the trucks with a life on Instagram, he says:
– I need to get more into the digital world, I think. It’s like only Finn.no I can, he says with a laugh.

– The series has opened up many possibilities, and I did not have to travel too far to find something sensible.
However, Telemarkingen has not watched any episodes of the series, but says that the feedback has been positive.

Ørjan Benjamin Hansen (34), on the other hand, says that he does not have much time to date at the moment. He is in fact making a career change.

– I want to get my own clothing brand. There will be an exciting future ahead, and we will see how far I can get, says Ørjan, who usually works as a factory manager for a fishing boat.
Like the other suitors, Ørjan also agrees that there are many new impressions that come when dating on TV.

– I have never been on TV before, so I got a little blocked. I think it’s a bit of a shame that they cut off the piece that shows why Linni chose to send me home, but I was 100 percent myself and that’s the most important thing.

Even if the outcome was not Linni and Ørjan, he does not regret that he joined. The 34-year-old says that he and Birger still have very good contact and that they became each other’s dream princes.
– So it was a little “bromance” on top of everything, he says with a laugh.
