Job Description

As a field manager, you are responsible for developing the skills of each of your employees and ensuring collective success by helping them achieve professional fulfillment.

A trader at heart, the customer is your # 1 priority. You optimize the performance of your point of sale by monitoring and analyzing sales figures and indicators. You implement merchandising operations and promotional campaigns in accordance with HEMA policy and values.

You lead your team to offer our customers a unique HEMA shopping experience.

Manager of your point of sale, you ensure the increase of your turnover by putting quality at the center of your concerns by an excellent management of the planning of your teams, of the follow-up of your operating account.

Required profile

A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a large distribution, retail or fast food industry has enabled you to develop your sense of customer service and close management with your teams.
You are able to define innovative action plans to maximize the potential of your store.
Sensitive to the world of home and decoration, you will know how to highlight the HEMA offer and best advise our customers in their purchases of original everyday products.
